Peter Tolkin’s Sunglass House in Malibu has won a Citation Award in the Single Family Residential category as part of the 2013 AIA Pasadena & Foothill Design Awards. This awards program provides a forum to celebrate design excellence and innovation as well as providing an arena where architects are recognized by their peers for their effort and dedication to the profession. We are pleased to announce that construction is substantially complete for the Sunglass House in Malibu. The 8000 sf concrete home features a custom steel and glass window oriented toward sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.
